It's a lovely building but it's a bitch to paint.
The sooner I learn how to draw city-scapes, the better. -.-
Luna is... very blunt.
OMG her chair is floating in SPACE! I'll just draw in some tile and no one will know... >.>
Getting closer to the right aesthetic.
2006-11-03 [Perplexity]: Mmmmmm color looks fabulous! Worth all your effort, my dear.
2006-11-03 [stuffAEAmade]: Thank you. :) I'm just glad this isn't a full-color comic, because it would never update. >.<
2006-11-03 [Perplexity]: Hmmm... rather like Happy Hero...
2006-11-03 [stuffAEAmade]: :P nah, I'm just lazy and don't work on this as much as I should. >.>
2006-11-03 [stuffAEAmade]: Besides, making a comic or manga is no easy task.
2006-11-04 [Perplexity]: Which is what makes your accomplishment
2006-11-04 [stuffAEAmade]: Never though of it like that. :d
I just got used to making a manga and figuring out how to draw quickly without sacrificing too much technicality. After a few months you just get into a kind of groove.
For me, working on my manga is almost force of habit. Whether or not I actually make some art that day. :P
2006-11-04 [Perplexity]: I wish I could develop that kind of devotion to a project. Your work ethic will certainly pay off one day.
2006-11-04 [stuffAEAmade]: Unfortunately, the mangas are about the only thing that gets that devotion. It seems like few of my non-manga ever get anywhere.
And I fully intend to do this professionally one day, hence why I try to churn out so many pages and finish one act every month and a half.
And AG is my baby and my protoype for experimenting. I love this story to death. x3
2006-11-05 [Perplexity]: It will be a really nice thing to have in your portfolio when you decide to seek out professional work in the industry!
2006-11-09 [stuffAEAmade]: Yes. That reminds me, I have to get some observational pieces done for my art school application. o.o
