2008-11-16 [*Artsie_ladie*]: Well, the ECM Elf Text/ECM Elf Poetry are still open. The ECM Werewolf Text/ECM Werewolf Poetry are now open as well. The ECM project is looking for good writers. There are other private contests as well. You might try looking at Festivals and then there's also Competitions. Here's a few places to look into. -or- Have an idea for a contest? You might want to take a look at Elftown Competition Ideas. :D

2008-11-16 [*Artsie_ladie*]: Intros are written submissions, not too long, to go towards the ultimate creature page involved, like with ECM Werewolf, the ultimate ECM page will be Werecreature. Stories, both factual and fiction are welcome. The goal of the final creature page is for it to be the most informative page on the internet about each creature that is featured. [Nehirwen] is the overseeing Mod for the ECM text portion. So, if you are interested, I'm sure she would be also more than glad to help you, too. :)

2008-11-16 [Nehirwen]: You can write a short story indeed, you can put it on one wiki page (which you can name after the title of the story for example). There is not a word limit I'm aware of..

There are no limits for writing stories other than if it's part of the the ECM Werewolf Session, for example, then it needs to be something about Werewolves/Wer SUBJECT MATTER: A little cussing is not the end of the world. I would suggest you write what you want to write. Then when it's written, just simply ask us to review it for you. We can then advise you on anything that would need amending. How does this sound? :)
Submissions will not be accepted when they feature excessive violence, adult material, disturbing actions or insults, offensive and/or hateful materials. Elftown is an all-age site.
