You have to have cookies enabled in your Internet Explorer to use Elftown.
It should be somewhere in "Internet Alternatives"->"security" or something like that. You should have "cookies" enabled and not block them. You should _not_ have high security level! Medium security level works.
Change your settings and go to the entrance again!
